The Vets at Medivet in Wokingham, particularly Chris Felstead and David Potter, are exceptional. Having sadly come across some atrocious vets previously, one of which was responsible for the death of my beloved dog, I would not take my wonderful boys, (dogs) anywhere else. It takes a great weight off my mind knowing that Chris and David are there for my boys and and when needed. I am very thankful to both of them.

I find the desk staff very abrasive every time I go in. It’s never busy in there but anything is to much for them. I took my dog for her jabs on a date that was forced on me. And it was just before my dogs flea&worming tablets were due. The vet gave me the labels but once AGAIN the girl on the desk was too busy to give me them. Not the first time this has happened. I came home and a couple of hours later I get an email saying there ready. So every time I visit I have to come back a second time.

Thank you Chris and all the Medi Vet staff. Would be nice to see more smiles from the reception team though, guess cause they are busy don’t always have time. Best vets in the area in my opinion

I have had to take my zookie into tonight and I would like to thank all the reception for the empathy and for the vet who will look after my queens departure. If you have a cat do your annual visits for teeth if feline this took me by surprise and im heart broken. Feline tooth resorption is a very common, painful dental condition where a cat’s body breaks down and absorbs the hard structures of their teeth. Really painful. Thankyou Medivet Wokingham for stopping the pain.

We needed to see a vet urgently for our poorly cat, and the service was impeccable. Everyone was so lovely and friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The vet was absolutely brilliant—professional, caring, and compassionate throughout. We’re so grateful for the support and would definitely recommend this practice to everyone

I had to take my very nervous rescue dog to the out of hours service due to an eye problem. She is so scared I normally have to muzzle her but the vet we saw was so patient and calm with her it wasn't necessary she let him look in her eye which was very good for her he did a good job of keeping her calm. Luckily there was nothing wrong so just had advise on what to look out for .Its reassuring to know we have a good emergency vet nearby .
