This is the most perfect vet practice ever. We have taken all 3 of our pets here for different reasons and each and every time has been incredible❤️ Firstly, Amanda & Tracey on reception are phenomenal, the loveliest of ladies - always so kind & super welcoming, they both go above and beyond every time. Secondly, Helen & Lucy our vets are amazing! Super professional, also so kind and have made our babies better on all occasions which we are so grateful for.

I’ve always received a lovely level of care from the vets themselves and the reception staff, who have consistently been kind, welcoming, and helpful. I signed up to their pet club, which covered routine care like vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments for a monthly fee. Unfortunately, I had to move out of the area at short notice and couldn’t complete the full year. I fully expected there would be an additional cost to settle, but I was genuinely surprised by how high the final amount was. When I asked for a breakdown, the costs were explained to me, but I was quite taken aback to see that items like flea and worm treatments were priced at roughly double what you’d typically find in shops or online. I completely understand that independent practices may charge a bit more, and that’s fair—but such a large difference was unexpected. What disappointed me most was that the plan is advertised as offering savings, which didn’t feel accurate based on this experience. Instead, it left me feeling that the pricing structure may not be as transparent or beneficial as it appears at first glance. While I can’t fault the quality of care or the friendliness of the team, this experience has left a slightly bitter impression. It does make me question how other services are priced .... Despite them assuring me that isn't the case, I don't think I would recommend this vets as I wouldn't be sure they aren't taking advantage of owners when their pet is really in need.

Had to have my dog Wallace put to sleep because of cancer .The vet and nurse were so nice it was a complete pleasure to have them in my home .They made a horrible day into one we could cope will and were so nice to Wallace, thank you both so much

I have been a client here for 4 years, all the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and have been incredibly supportive of my nervous dog taking time to allow us to come in regularly to build up her confidence. Today, I want to call out Elliot in particular who saw her for a routine injection but took the time to calm her and let her accept him and for the first time she let him use a stethoscope on her and accepted the injection without being held by nurses and I appreciated this so much. Thank you!!

Excellent experience today as always since registering our dog at Mulberry vets 6 and a half years ago. We saw Louise today for a follow up appointment she was lovely, very thorough explains everything so well. Stephanie on reception so welcoming too. Thank you 😊

Mulberry house vets have been exceptional. When put in an impossible situation. Helen and all the staff I came across handled everything perfectly. There dedication and care is impeccable. If you are looking for a vets this is the place for you. I can’t not recommend them enough.

Their compassion and empathy were truly remarkable, and they treated my little friend with the utmost care and respect.
