Would give zero if could. This place is a disgrace. Their pricing keeps changing every time different price. I understand inflation is everywhere but not every time you visit you get a different price. Dispicable. Receptionists have no respect for customers. You ask them a question about pricing, they give you attitude and behave unprofessionally, talk about you to their colleagues while you are there. Time to boycott this place like the rest of the miserable shop.

My bunny last week had an urgent pain, Abi and the team found out it was the liver twist. Glad we agreed with the team’s decision to give my baby an immediate surgery, he managed to survive. Thanks to Abi, Ben, Meg and the team for saving my bunny and let him back to my life ❤️

This is a really brilliant vet's practice. All the staff are lovely — and all the vets are equally capable. My pets seem to spend a lot of time here and the vets have pretty much done everything for me from surgery on my daughter's gerbil to remove a tumour (who knew that could be done?!) to monitoring our dogs's heart condition. Hugely appreciate how brilliant they all are

This morning I had an extremely distressing experience at this veterinary practice with my dog Harley. I brought my dog in to be put to sleep, and from the moment we entered the room, things went wrong. The Vet did not offer a sedative beforehand, and I was unaware that he would not receive one. The vet proceeded to shave his arm and insert saline, while the staff member administering the procedure, her hands were shaking and appeared visibly nervous. She then left to retrieve the final medication, only to have the cannula fall out just at start of process. Without offering any apology, she simply stated that she needed to get a new one and insert it into the other leg, leaving us in a state of shock. By the time she returned, my dog had passed away. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, I was informed I needed to pay the full amount—over £180. When I asked to speak with the manager about the experience, her response was that if an additional cannula had been necessary, there wouldn’t have been an charge for it, implying that it’s swings and roundabouts. She showed no empathy or remorse of how traumatic that would have been for me and my mum witnessing that and simply stating that I would have to pay the full amount. The lack of compassion and professionalism was appalling. I strongly advise others to seek a veterinary practice that demonstrates greater care and consideration. This experience was deeply traumatic, and I would not want anyone else to go through it. It’s safe to say I will never set foot in there again. I just wish I have read the last few reviews before taking my beloved pet Harley there :(

This vet practice is one of the best in the area. Ben and the team are so caring and really look after our pets (and us!) and always show compassion and understanding. They take the time to explain what's wrong and what the options are to help your pet. Even when the sad event happens that your pet has to be put to sleep, they send a lovely card in the post a few days later sending their condolences. All of the team have such a caring attitude to their customers.
